DeWalt Tapper Pro Screws are one piece screws designed to be used for all sorts applications in the most popular base materials including concrete, masonry, brick and wood. Tapper-Pro screws feature gimlet drill point for wood applications so no pre-drilling is required. The screw has distinctive blue colour and there is a reason behind it - PermaSeal. Permaseal is a special anti-corrosion coating developed by DeWalt to protect the screw from elements. If you look closely you will also notice that DeWalt Tapper Pro screws come with special thread design which reduces the amount of torque required during installation. DeWalt Tapper Pro screws meet the 2012 IBC and IRC standards.
