The Hyundai Power Products Warranty protects you from manufacturing defects for the entire duration of your warranty starting from your date of purchase. This includes both material and workmanship defects and ensures that any parts which have been found to have a defect will be replaced or repaired.
The warranty period for each tool can be found in the TCO listing or alternatively on the Hyundai Power Products website.
Warranty Period
- For all portable power products except (see below)
- 3 Years
- For Air Compressors, Welders, Robotic Lawnmowers, Power Stations, Jump Starters
- 2 Years
- For all 1500rpm Diesel Generators, subject to service records and maximum 500h/year (See separate warranty terms).
- 2 Years
- For all 3000rpm air-cooled diesel products, maximum 1000h.
- 1 Year
In order to make a warranty claim, you should contact Genpower Ltd via email (service@genpower.co.uk), phone (01646 687880) or in writing (Service Department, Genpower Ltd, Isaac Way, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 4RW) who will require a model number, serial number, proof of purchase and service records if applicable.
