Warranty

If a power tool that you have purchased suffers from a manufacturers defect, wear & tear or is stolen most of our suppliers will either replace or repair your tool for a small charge.

The terms of warranty for every supplier is different so it is very important that you read the warranty page for your tools manufacturer by clicking one of the links below.

Some important points to look out for in your warranty agreements include:
  • Warranty Registration: Most manufacturers require that you register your tool with them directly within a short a period of the tools purchase and this can be done online at the suppliers website. This period tends to be 30 days.
  • Incident claim: Most manufacturers require that in the case of an incident you report the fault, theft or damage of/to your tool within a short period. Depending on the claim this period can be as short as one week so we recommend reporting any incident as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your compensation.
  • Paperwork: When reporting an incident to the supplier you will need to provide proof of your warranty to receive compensation. If your warranty covers theft then you will likely need to provide a police report of the theft.

If you require further advice on your tools warranty please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team via the help & support tab, and we will be more than happy to help you in anyway that we can.
