For Returns, Exchange, & Refund Store Credits

If, for any reason, you change your mind, no longer require the item, or the size does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Within 30 days, your return is pre-approval. Therefore is no need to submit your return form or contact us beforehand

To ensure a faster refund process, please include a note with your order reference number inside the parcel and post it to the address below:

You can post the parcel at your local post office and once you have done so, please inform us at returns@tco.co.uk with both the tracking number and order number. We will then issue a store credit.

For exchange, once you receive your store credit, you can create a new order with the correct item. This will ensure a quicker and more accurate process.
