How to return the items?

If, for any reason, you change your mind, no longer require the item, or the size does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Please inform us at returns@tco.co.uk with your reason for return and order number. Then, we will issue a refund.

On certain occasions with specific orders we may need to implement a re-stocking charge but we always try to be flexible and we will only charge a maximum of 25% of order value if it is completely necessary.

Please print the return label and write down your order reference number, reason for return and put it inside a parcel. Finally, post it to the address below:

You can post the parcel at your local post office and once you have done so. For exchange, once you receive your store credit, you can create a new order with the correct item. This will ensure a quicker and more accurate process.

30 day Returns

  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging.** If applicable, we will issue the store credit.
  • Specific heavier or bulkier items like doors, fencing posts, handrails, etc may incur additional handling fees or shipping cost.

Refunds

  • If you wish to receive a refund on faulty or damaged items, we will issue a full refund and it can take up to 14 days for your bank or card provider to process this.
  • Where goods are ordered in error, or are no longer required, we will issue a store credit to your account for the value of the goods returned.

Faulty or Damaged item(s)

  • All products are manufactured by top building industry brands to the highest standards of conformity. 
  • Please check your goods carefully upon delivery. Damages should be notified to the courier at the point of delivery.
  • However, if you believe you have a faulty item please notify us within 2 days of delivery with relevant details, including photographic evidence where possible.
  • You can then arrange to post the item(s) back to us and postage costs will be included in the payment refund if the goods are indeed found to be faulty.

Wrong or Discrepancies Item(s)

  • We’re only human, and we make mistakes (rarely).
  • We make every effort to deliver the correct item(s) to you.
  • If you receive the wrong items or have discrepancies with your order, you must email customerservices@tco.co.uk within 2 days advising the nature of the problem.
  • We will investigate and send the correct replacement item(s) or refund the payment where applicable.

Returns or Refund due to the unforeseen delivery late

  • Late Delivery must be reported in writing to customerservices@tco.co.uk within 24 hours by e-mail for any refunds to be
    considered.

International Customers

  • If you change your mind within 7 days, we will issue the full store credit to your account.****
  • If you received wrong item(s) or there is a discrepancy with your order, we will investigate and issue a refund for the appropriate value if applicable.

Small Print - Terms & Conditions

**We cannot accept returns for products that are not in their original, undamaged packaging.

***Please do not book a joiner / fitter until delivery is received and all items are checked.

****For International customers, return goods may incur additional fees or shipping costs.

*****If original packaging is damaged, or you seal the original package with coloured tape such as brown, black or white etc, we may deduct up to 5% from your refund.
