The quality of our Metabo products is important to us and our customers

With our XXL warranty, instead of the usual one to two years, we give you an extra year for free. This means that our warranty promise is good for you for a total of 3 years. All that is needed is a simple registration within the 30 days after the purchase.

• General warranty conditions

  Metabo offers a manufacturer's warranty on all of its products for one year from the date the machine was sold to the end user, depending on the country's laws. Also, people who buy a compressor get a 10-year guarantee that the pressure vessel won't rust.
  
  

• 3 year battery pack warranty

  Metabo's manufacturer warranty for battery packs is 3 years (Metabo 3 year battery pack warranty), and it doesn't limit the number of times the pack can be charged. This warranty starts from the date the pack is sold to the end user.
  
  

• XXL Warranty conditions

  In addition to the above guarantee statements, Metabo also offers a 3-year manufacturer's guarantee on its products, which starts on the date the end consumer buys the product from Trade Counter Online. This warranty extension can be yours if you register your Metabo product online at www.metabo-service.com within four weeks of buying it. The registration can be done both by the specialist dealer and by the buyer himself. When you're done signing up, you'll be taken to your XXL Warranty Certificate. This certificate is proof of the XXL warranty. The warranty extension is always tied to the machine, so each machine bought must be registered as a XXL machine.
  
  

• Warranty exclusion

  The warranty does not cover things like improper use (like overloading the machine or using non-approved tools), force, damage caused by outside forces or foreign objects (like sand or stones), damage caused by not following the operating instructions (like connecting to the wrong mains voltage or type of current or not following the assembly instructions), or normal wear and tear. Machines and parts that have been partially or completely taken apart are also not covered by the guarantee.
  
  

Claiming warranty services and supplementary regulations

1. The above guarantee statements only cover problems caused by flaws in the materials or the way they were made. The warranty covers things like how well the electronics and batteries work and whether or not the materials, like plastics and metals, have any flaws.
2. Our Supplier Metabowerke GmbH will pay for the cost of subsequent performance/repair and transportation if a warranty claim is made. In the case of warranty, the device is either fixed for free or replaced, depending on what our supplier Metabowerke GmbH decide
3. The warranty applies to the United Kingdom country in which the Metabo product was purchased.
4. In addition to the other rights of the buyer/end user, the services listed here are part of the warranty. Even though this guarantee is in place, the policyholder has the same legal rights as the buyer, such as warranty rights or product liability. This warranty doesn't take away any of the buyer's legal rights. They apply in addition to this warranty and are not limited in any way.
5. The buyer cannot give his rights under the Metabo guarantee to someone else.
6. The rights that come from this guarantee cannot be given to someone else.
7. If you want to make a warranty claim, you must include the original sales receipt with the date of sale from Trade Counter Online. Also, if you want to make a warranty claim under the XXL warranty, you must send the XXL warranty certificate, the original sales receipt, and the broken item to the Metabo Service Centre.
