This low modulus silicone sealant from Everbuild is perfect for a variety of tasks on the construction site since it quickly forms a rubber like seal which will accommodate movement up to 20%. Once applied this silicone sealant will pick up very little dirt since it cures extremely fast and the waterproof seal uses a powerful anti-fungal compound to deter mould and prevent its growth.

• Perfect for sealing PVCu and is great at perimeter pointing around PVCu, metal and timber window and door frames.
• Will adhere to glass and aluminium which makes it perfect for cap glazing and remedial glazing sealing.
• It's durability and flexibility makes it a great general waterproofing and draught proofing sealant for exterior or interior use.
