These hex head coach screws can be used as both a heavy duty woodscrew in timber to timber applications and as a sturdy fixing for ironmongery to timber.

  • The 60° self tapping thread allows these coach screws to drive straight into most softwoods and some hardwoods without a pilot hole saving on installation time.
  • The partial thread covers roughly two thirds of the screws length which leaves a substantial grip length (non-threaded section) which makes the screw significantly stronger than fully threaded alternatives.
  • A zinc plating finish means that these coach screws are only suitable for applications which will remain both clean and dry.
