Trend KWJ700 Worktop Jig
KWJ700 Trade Kitchen Worktop jig is suitable for worktops up to 700mm wide. With KWJ700 you will be able to cut female and male part of the worktop within 15 minutes and that includes the time you need to set the jig. Trend KWJ700 has been designed to cut left hand and right-hand corners, 400mm radius peninsular joint, 45-degree end cut with slight radius, 45-degree trade corner solution for hob units, 100mm radius corner, 40mm radius corner, 35mm kitchen door hole and 3/4 inch BSP hole for mixer taps. Using KWJ700 is extremely easy. First, you need to identify the width of your worktop piece. These are standard and Trend jig can be set to work with 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 550mm, 600mm, 616mm, 650mm and 700mm wide worktops within few seconds thanks to peg insert system. Simply locate the correct hole on the jig and insert the peg. Then depending what type of joint you are cutting insert pegs in holes marked as F (for female joint) or M (for male joint). Using 1/2 inch cutter in conjunction with 30mm guide bush you cut the joint. KWJ700 jig allows you to cut dog bone bolt holes for worktop connectors as well.
